A hopeful journey

These works explore a new style and combine acrylic markers and paint balancing what is sometimes unbalanced.

This work was created after a period of sadness and uncertainty. I aim to evoke a sense of establishing control within this context. The detail adds balance and structure. The use of bold colours aims to evoke a sense of strength, within the work, the artist and the viewer.

The words in Cyrillic add further meaning, 1 - no strength, 3 - in time. During this period of sadness, and the sadness we all go through within each of our lives, strength depletes and hope rises.
